A2A Trading Pte Ltd has been heavily involved in Qurban activities on a national level since1997. In 2012, and for the first time in Singapore, the Muslim community was able to get their Qurban meat directly from Australia. This was a maiden Qurban project by A2A Trading Pte Ltd. 

The Qurban animals were slaughtered in a fully halal abattoir in Australia on the day of Eid, and the carcasses were cleaned, cut, chilled and packed in boxes and air flown directly to Singapore. The whole process of selection of sheep, slaughtering, cleaning, packing and shipping was supervised by our Muslim representatives in Australia.

In 2013, we at A2A Trading Pte Ltd, also for the first time in Singapore, brought in Qurban slaughtered beef from Australia. This idea came about as a result of getting invaluable feedback from our Qurban participants, who longed for the taste of fresh beef. In 2015, again for the first time in Singapore, A2A Trading brought Qurban slaughtered lamb from Australia.

In 2021, in another first for Singapore, A2A Trading was able to organize the project of slaughtering Qurban animals in Australia and the meat was shipped to the Palestinian people in the West Bank in the occupied territories. The response from the Singapore community for this project was overwhelming where some choose to donate the entire meat while some donated half of their meat and the balance was air flown to Singapore and was delivered to the participants.

The Year 2021 also saw a strong response from the Singapore community for our Qurban projects in African countries (Zambia and Malawi), ASEAN
countries (Indonesia and Cambodia) and Europe (Albania and Kosovo). Photos, videos of the slaughtering as well as certificates were provided for the Sohibul Qurban.
